The Craft of Litho Printing
Even though there has been a major industry shift in recent years from traditional litho or offset printing to Digital, Litho printing is still very much a required process at CJ Print especially with our larger run jobs being more economical and more cost effective. With special ink colours and a bigger range of stocks to choose from, Litho is still best suited to medium to high run quantities.
INKS ARE HAND MIXED TO THE EXACT PANTONE MEANS WE CAN USE COLOURS TO TAKE YOUR BREATH AWAY.
Careful tweaks on the press bring up or down the saturation of the colours. We spend some time getting it right to ensure the balance between the colours is perfect. This is where the skill of the printer is so apparent. Slowly making incremental changes and meticulously inspecting the jobs/ printed sheets get the best results. 4 colours + PMS spot colours and varnishes.
The Wonder of Digital Printing
Our Ricoh Pro 7210 X also has the ability to print clear or white in addition to CMYK. White toner can be used as a base on clear and coloured stocks to enhance colours and images. Clear toner can be used as a spot gloss effect or an all over gloss finish delivering a premium look.

The Art of Finishing
We have the latest Eurofold integrated Creasing, Perforating and Folding machine which can handle paper stocks up to 400gsm. Heidelberg Cylinder and Platen for die cutting / forme cutting. In house Laminating with gloss or matt finish.

IN THE DESIGN PROCESS THE OPTION TO CHOOSE AN EMBELLISHMENT TECHNIQUE ALLOWS YOU TO ENHANCE YOUR PROJECT AND ADD TO THE PERCEIVED VALUE.
THE CHOICE OF ADDING FOIL, EMBOSS OR SPOT UV ADDS A DIMENSION UNACHIEVABLE WITH ORDINARY PRINTING.
